Stewart Information Services to acquire mortgage services business for $330 million

A Stewart Information Services subsidiary will acquire the mortgage services of Mortgage Contracting Services, a property preservation services provider.
The top-ranked communities are seeing the largest increase in sales due to affordability and new construction continuing to attract buyers, according to an Oct. 27 news release. Eight of the top 10 communities reported average home prices below Houston’s overall average of $421,655.
Time Mission, which blends physical and mental challenges into team-based adventures, will open its first Texas location in Houston in summer 2026.
